Before booking an appointment, please read below.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking for all services. This deposit confirms your appointment and goes towards your service. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
Please come to your appointment with CLEAN lashes. If they are not clean or have makeup on them, you will be charged for a lash bath.
If you must reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations 24 hours or less will result in a loss of your deposit and a new deposit will have to be put down to book another appointment.
Please arrive ON TIME. I will allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. I am on a tight schedule and have clients back to back so it is not fair to my clients after you.
No call/No shows will be banned from booking with me again
No refunds.
Reminder: Your lashes will NOT look like someone else's lashes. Each person has their own unique length, shape, and size.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the boutique specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
